Fantastic team. I was really hesitant at first as I'd never seen or heard of them. The process was spot on, the team were all helpful and polite and the hand over was great. No stupid bartering on site. All pre agreed prior to an appointment. Would definitely use again for both buying and selling!

At first I was excited. There was a great offer, the promise of no haggling, and collection from my house. So I accepted the offer, booked the day off work, however the day before at 11:04am they cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I asked why, I had been in contact with both Jess & Luke 2 days before who were happy to calm down my anxieties & queries, confirming the only reason this deal wont be going ahead is if my car was not as described. They offered no valid reason, and I am now in a hard place with a deposit paid on a car I can no longer afford due to their unprofessional behaviour. I feel confused and to be honest, mugged off. Unfortunately youre better off going to well known company, you wont get as good as a quote but at least you know they wont be bailing on you.
