        My experience with these guys is very positive. Bought a new printer that refused to communicate with my MacOS12. Although it worked with my MacOS10, so no obvious solution. After 2-days of conversations with Epson and Just Answers - called I.C. for help. They fixed in less than an hour. Amazing outcome! Will use again anytime.
