I have found it to be FANTASTIC.
We recently bought Tricaster and a Birddog from them.
The product was going to be slightly delayed from the expected delivery date (COVID issues) and I was informed immediately but still received it faster than had been expected.
I needed some help so sent an email to them to help me set it up and received prompt, helpful advise from their service department.
When I was not able to sort out the issue but they kindly got their service team to dial in remotely and help.
It took over 5 hours but they patiently resolved the issue. I am still in contact with them via email helping advise with other aspects of our set up.
I cannot speak highly enough. I will be using them where ever possible in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough!
