        Ordered a toilet,to be told Ive not payed enough postage stating they wanted another 100,and Id not clicked the right destination,I was only asked for postcode,to then be told it would take 2 weeks for refund,extremely rude not replying to live chat,so basically tuff luck,still not received cancellation email,just get they are having technical difficulties,stay clear

        Fast delivery and the two Astini Ocra shower kits seem OK for the price. This was surprising due to the state of the open packages that arrived from FedEx.

        Placed an order with Taps Uk for a kitchen sink and two kitchen taps. No info provided about dispatch or estimated delivery. When I contacted them after a couple of weeks, they couldnt give me a delivery date for any of the items. Im when I asked for a refund, they said it would take 14 days to process - so now I am stuck unable to buy replacement products because Taps UK have my money. Rubbish.
