James and the team at wood and stairs have been first class since the very first phone call, on collection the lads in the factory loaded me up with no problems and the quality of my porch is fantastic, after I had installed the porch I wanted to add some extras and within a week they were with me, thanks again to everyone at wood and stairs it has transformed the front of our home

From start to finish 5 star 1. We went to there workshop and had a look at quality of the work it was impressive 2. Order the porch we wanted with a extended ridge and extra wall brackets which as no problem at all and collect it when was convenient to us 3. Put the kit up and it was so easy everything was perfect We have had so many people say how great it looks Thanks Rick

Over 4 weeks ago I asked for an oak porch price so we could order one and loads of windows, thousands of pounds worth of business, no response at all, even after another email reminding them. They made good stuff and we wanted to use them again as we were so pleased with the quality. I would have given one star if I could. Awful service.

I found this company when I was looking for a porch for the front of my house. James was my contact. I would highly recommend this company. My porch was delivered by a charming man. James could not have been more helpful and I have gone on to order another bespoke item. Every time I contact this company James is helpful, knowledgeable and has great advise. Would use this company again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much! I attach a photo of my beautiful porch - it still needs to be completed, but is already looking stunning!
