Had Ian to replace my fence and while there I asked if he wanted to replace a patio area and do some small repairs on my wall. He said he would, even returning with his father and brochures so I could choose the slabs, ready for quote. As I was going away in a couple of weeks, and due to the heavy rain, Ian Said he was running behind on his jobs, so it was agreed I would contact him on my return, for quote and approximate start date. When I got home, several days later, I contact Ian by text. I never got a reply but giving him the benefit of the doubt I rang his mobile and let a message. Again nothing. I don't appreciate being messed about but now I have found a far more reliable company to do the job. Very poor customer service.
