I battled with my new build, builder's lawn for about 2 and a half years. In the end, pulling my hair out, I considered artificial lawn. I was wary of it. So, I contacted about 10 firms for samples. I got about 65 samples in total. Post man laughed when he kept dropping packages to me. Anyway, I took me about 3 days to cull the list down to final 3. I never looked at price during selection process. My logic was simple. Best, to my liking, wins. Turned out that Quick Grass CAMBRIDGE won and quite easily. Turned out to be the most expensive but looked the most realistic. This was important to me. If I had to go artificial, I didn't want it to look fake, if you know what I mean. Moreover, it came with a 10 year guarantee. I had it installed for about 3 months now. Excellent product. I am thrilled with it. So pleased to kiss good bye to watering and weeding and re grassing patches from cat defecation, and re barking and hedge cutting. Bliss. I attach some before and after photos.

BE WARNED - Service was great during the purchasing process, but when our installation developed a fault, Dave chose to wash his hands of our problem, even though we used an installer recommend by him! His exact words were It is Will Ferguson who installed our product who was an independent landscaper. It was not installed by Quickgrass.We cannot become involved in Will Fergusons quality of work As stated we pursued a recommended installer via Quickgrass, and this was the email we received from Dave: Thanks for telephoning earlier and detailing to me your interest in our Cambridge artificial grass and installation. I have asked our locally based approved Quickgrass landscape installer , Will Ferguson of All Grass Landscapes to give you a call Our installation developed a significant fault, and we originally pursued a repair via the installer, who was unresponsive. We therefore reached out to Dave, who was also unresponsive for 6 weeks after an initial email stating he would follow up on our behalf. Our grass has only been installed for less than 6 months, but given the problems we are having, and the lack of support, and unwillingness of Dave and quick grass to stand by their product and installers, I would look elsewhere for your grass needs - Im sure you will be able to find companies that actually put their customers at the forefront, and not simply dismiss them!

Great customer service, great range of products and very happy with our chosen grass (Stratford). Would definitely recommend Quick Grass and Stephen who I spoke to on a few occasions and was very impressed with his knowledge. A breath of fresh air to deal with a specialist who is not patronising!
