His exact words were It is Will Ferguson who installed our product who was an independent landscaper. It was not installed by Quickgrass.We cannot become involved in Will Fergusons quality of work
As stated we pursued a recommended installer via Quickgrass, and this was the email we received from Dave: Thanks for telephoning earlier and detailing to me your interest in our Cambridge artificial grass and installation. I have asked our locally based approved Quickgrass landscape installer , Will Ferguson of All Grass Landscapes to give you a call
Our installation developed a significant fault, and we originally pursued a repair via the installer, who was unresponsive. We therefore reached out to Dave, who was also unresponsive for 6 weeks after an initial email stating he would follow up on our behalf.
Our grass has only been installed for less than 6 months, but given the problems we are having, and the lack of support, and unwillingness of Dave and quick grass to stand by their product and installers, I would look elsewhere for your grass needs - Im sure you will be able to find companies that actually put their customers at the forefront, and not simply dismiss them!
