    This company claim to offer a Home Emergency Service thats available to customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week when in reality, although the call centre side is indeed always open, the contractors they hire to attend the emergencies mainly work regular office hours. Indeed if you require an electrician after hours you wont get one. The contractors just offer a morning appointment 8am to 1pm or afternoon 1pm - 8pm but if the tradesman comes out and finds they cant immediately deal with your emergency youre left at their mercy for a follow up appointment. If you dont hear back from the contractors by the time the tradesman promised the call centre wont help you until they receive the contractors work report as this is more important to them than your emergency. When you phone the company their staff will resolutely stick to their given scripts which leads to any issues that you may have being painfully difficult to discuss. No resolution will be offered for any of your issues but you will get the standard Oh Im sorry you had a problem statement and unless you need them to make another call to a contractor asking them to contact you for another appointment thats the end of the matter. Dont bother offering on any extra information to the call centre that you think may be helpful to the tradesman in advance of them arriving at your property as it wont be passed on to them. Never bother asking to speak to a manager as they are never available and rest assured if anyone offers to call you back, they wont. If your buildings insurance states this company as your Home Emergency Service provider run a mile.

    Totally agree with Alex Grey. Terrible service and a waste of money and precious time. They just cause a lot of stress and hastle, and couldn't care less. You just get the Company script thrown back at you. Run a mile.
