I was introduced to Danton HR last year when I needed some advice on a complex issue with an employee. As a small family run business, we did not have the resources or knowledge to know where to start, but Nicola helped us deal with the issue in a timely and professional manner. We now make regular use of Dantons support, its great to have someone at the end of the phone to talk things through with. Thank you very much to the Danton team. Nicola has provided us with a comprehensive set of starter packs for new employees and everything else we needed to operate a fully compliant HR offering. She worked hard to a tight deadline to get us ready for our first non-family employee. I would thoroughly recommend Danton HR to anyone with a growing company to talk to them as it's been a real eye opener as to current legislation for us.
