My motorised garage door failed when a spring broke. I used a company with a call out charge to replace spring. It took them about one man hour with the 150 charge. Within days the door would not open and eventually the installer returned and adjusted the new springs but said the whole system had to be replaced. a new motor, various bits and pieces plus a new door. I needed a second opinion and by sheer luck contacted Horizon. James arrived and agreed with me that there was nothing wrong with the door but the motor being ancient needed to be replaced and the operating links required some refurb and servicing. The engineers arrived completed the installation and while I watched and said "that's perfect" they disagreed and continued to perfect their installation. They were so professional and thorough and this comment is from a "hard to please ex engineer". The new Hormann Supramatic installation is so quiet, so smooth and thousands of pound less expensive than the first company's ambitious quote. Needless to say, after this experience I can definitely recommend an honest, professional Horizons Doors.

From the first telephone call, to paying the invoice was easy. I now have a neat, effective garage door! The job was completed in a couple of hours and included removing and disposing of the previous monstrosity!
