        Very poor service today sadly. I arrived with a parcel for DPD but they refused to take it since it was "too heavy" for the staff to carry (9kg). Supremely disappointing since I was keen to support my local business. I also made the point that DPD would be the ones collecting the parcel, so the staff in the shop didn't even need to lift it, but the staff were unfortunately of very little help and I had to take the parcel elsewhere. Their cake may be great, but I won't be using this drop-off point for DPD parcels in future.
