We purchased a greenhouse with poly carbonate panels from this group in Feb 2022 and paid 787 for it. Initially we were very pleased with it, but soon discovered that these panels were easily blown out by anything more than a gentle breeze. I contacted the company who said they had had similar complaints from other customers and they suggested one or two remedies that I could take to possibly stop this problem. They also suggested I could replace these panels with toughened glass at MY EXPENSE ! All along I have maintained this greenhouse was sold 'as not fit for purpose' and I should have received a full refund but the only remedies I have had from the Juliana Group involves spending more money with them !

Purchased a Gartner greenhouse from Juliana Group at a cost of over 6k. According to their web site ' A greenhouse is an all weather, all year round outside room.' In addition they state their 'greenhouse shrugs off Scandinavian weather' and 'can be used to grow plants or relax in'. After they erected the greenhouse it leaked like a sieve. Rainwater streamed in at all 4 corners and at a three positions in the roof. When I complained to Juliana Group they told me that thy know their greenhouses leak but hopefully over time debris and algae might help seal the building or, Mike Butcher their technical assistant explained, I could try and seal the building myself with silicone. I am a retired Chartered Surveyor and I know the greenhouse supplied is not fit for purpose or as described. I am taking Court action against Juliana Group for the recovery of the money paid to them and the removal of the woeful building from my property.

I purchased the Forrest green silver line 106 lean too with toughened glass plus 2 halls auto vent openers 1,257 June this year. All was fine during our lovely summer. However after some wet & windy weather in October we were shocked to find that one of the auto vent windows was damaged Buckled & glass shattered all inside the greenhouse . Even more shocking was that one of the large roof glass panels next to it had lifted out over our garage roof & landed on our lawn the other side . After contacting Juliana group ltd We were told to lock the automatic arms if there was any sign of bad weather & they declined any replacements for the broken items .My other greenhouse is a RHINO purchased in 2016 I have never had to adjust or lock the 4 arms on this greenhouse which were half the price of the halls ones and both greenhouses are next to each other out in the same elements

Beyond a joke....do not waste your money... We ordered the greenhouse in February, we were advised a 15 week wait....the greenhouse turned up in August with only one, very badly spelt, email blaming everything on supplier delays. It quickly became apparent when trying to construct the greenhouse that one box of parts was made in November 2020 and had been stamped up properly with part numbers and were generally in good condition. Another box which had been manufactured a few weeks before delivery had no part numbers, poorly sellotaped bundles were thrown in the box and on several of the pieces the powder coating has been poorly done so the white undercoat is showing through inside....my only guess is they were behind on delivering orders so decided to cut corners and it shows. We decided a good start was too check the parts listing. Easier said than done as the instructions are dreadful, and I mean dreadful, I am quite technically capable and it appears very much like they provide the bare minimum of instructions to scare off anyone trying to construct it themselves...Eden also seem to change part numbers fairly regularly but then dont update the main instructions (only a printed out page thrown in the box) ...it took me 2 hours of checking the "change" list and the actual list ...his is made even more hard by a lack of part numbers on any of the "new" box.... Surprise surprise, we were missing one of the cross braces for the greenhouse.... This starts the job of trying to get parts out of Eden...you phone a number only to hear a recorded message that the member of staff only works 3 days a week....after leaving two messages and waiting well over a week we then sent an email to their complaints address....a further week a response came saying it was being posted out..... (ie now had a greenhouse for nearly a month, we cant construct yet have paid for in full). We have now started to try and put it together this weekend (taking an extra day of to finally get it finished) only to find that the key base panels are missing the correct holes to put it together...therefore fully expecting another 2/3 wait for parts.... These are not cheap greenhouses (I admit they are not Rhino priced either) but I am seriously starting to wonder why we bothered and why we didnt just buy a cheap Palram one... Save your money and never buy anything from this company..its clear they dont care what they are selling.
