        I booked a session for 19:30 and was having a few problems with childcare so I text Lou to say I was on my way and I arrived at 19:31 and the door was locked. I rang Lou and said I was outside and she said the door is locked now and Ive lost my money. Absolutely disgraceful. Im aware its not great to be late but I text in advance and this was my first time booking. Definitely will not be booking another class as I dont have 12 to throw in the bin.

        A lovely calming environment with nice music and dim lights. Different options are offered for each move so you can go at your own pace. Friendly and helpful teachers and a great app to book classes on.

        Best class ever in my experience, the heat was nice but not too much and Lou was lovely. The yoga was perfect and the atmosphere was nice with the dim lighting to feel less pressures to compete. I'm currently using the amazing introduction offer of 10 days of unlimited yoga for 15 (which is such good value) but will only be able to go every so often after this
