Booked over 2 years in advance, we messaged him a few months prior to the wedding to make sure everything was still going ahead. We then get a response back saying, he will be out of the country during the time of our wedding so will be unable to do it. This is understandable to a certain extent, but when we are the ones who have to make contact first and then get told this news, it is very concerning for multiple reasons. The fact that we had to message first to get this information should be a red flag, would we of ever been told unless we messaged first? The fact even booking 2 years in advance still can't guarantee you a slot because they have made plans over the top of this is not what you want in a wedding photographer. It took a few days back and forth to eventually get the deposit money back. If you value having a professional and responsible photographer at your wedding then avoid this company at all costs.
