Great service as always from these people. Big thanks to Alan Bawden for all the help in sorting out our replacement V40. Special mention to Debbie at Reception for her help with GAP Insurance. And always there is Sonia and Jon in the Service Department. Been doing business with them for 8yrs+ and see no reason to change dealership just yet.

Always pleased with the excellent service I had with Holdcroft Volvo Stoke. From my first contact with Sarah, the Sales Manager, it was clear that this was a dealership that was intent on high quality customer service. My XC60 was a great car and I loved driving it. 50,000 miles of trouble free motoring. Now it is time for a change and even though I am moving to a different brand, Holdcroft Volvo bought my car back from me - and at a very fair price. Anthony, the Business Manager, agreed a price by phone and made the whole process very straightforward, allowing me to complete a holiday with the car before returning it to the garage. These days the Motor trade do not always get a great press. I can recommend Holdcroft Volvo as a garage where the staff have integrity and are honest. I will certainly return to Holdcroft if I decide to buy another Volvo in the future. Thank you D Carroll
