    Customer service was good when we were buying our vehicle but the vehicle came with a missing locking wheel nut although noted on the collection day and assurances this would be rectified, 10 weeks later and numerous calls, I am afraid I have changed my first 5 star rating down to 1 Star as the after sales care is very poor. If you can ever get through to the sales team, they promised to sort this and call you back, but they never do! Shame really as they now say they have a new telephone system in place. Seems not to let them answer the phones. We had high hopes that we had found a great vehicle company and was recommending them to others, but over the past 10 weeks our expectations have reduced considerably and we are less likely to do that.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID this Motus VW service centre, I had no issues at all with my 12 month old VW until I took it for its first service at Motus VW Stoke, and then......not long after the first service I had to have the lamda sensor replaced and then the oil level was too high not good service at all considering the cost of a service. These issues were sorted by a different VW workshop many thanks to them. Its very difficult to get an appointment at Motus Stoke and even more difficult to speak to anyone on the phone in the service department, I am still waitnig for a response from the Motus customer care team which I emailed almost 2 weeks ago. I. have since been advised that the engine oil level was probably overfilled which caused the 2 issues.Not happy at all and I wont be returning to Motus VW Stoke, instead I willl be taking my VW to another approved VW retailer although further away the service centre have appointments within a week and they do make me feel confident that my beloved VW is being looked after whilst in their workshop. Also I notice Motus say to contact there customer care email but they don't answer at all!!!!
