        No reception area & unless you already know exactly where your going inside it's damned confusing. Virtually no signage at all. Who & what goes on there... No idea.

        There a several businesses situated inside The Production House. I've only been to one of them, Specsavers Audiology Tunstall. I've visited 3 times, entry is via a intercom system then you are directed to Ur waiting area. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient.
