I can't complain about care from the vet but would appreciate some more compassion and empathy from the reception staff. A couple of hours after I sadly had to say good bye to my cat, I was bombarded with voice messages demanding the payment. I was told at the time, which was clearly very upsetting moment,I will be contacted in a couple of days to settle the bill. All I ask is a little understanding that wasn't a best moment for me to talk about the finances.

Could not fault the vets and what they did for my dog. Kept me in touch at all times and really looked after my dog.

Fabulous service, never felt rushed. Time to ask any questions re pet health and given great advice. There is obviously an out of hours charge but it is well worth the money just to know that someone is there to see your pet when you need them.

Completely soulless! No apparent interest in the clients other than ensuring payment is made. Not a good experience.
