        Staff are very friendly here and you really cant knock them at the Stoke depot this is more of a complaint of the company as a whole. The company as a whole stinks. Weve had vans on hire now for some time, originally we were promised every time the van needed a service or any other work done on it we would have a temporary replacement, they now never have one for us so we have to have a down day if any vans need work doing. When you return a working van to them they penalise you for everything, we paid extra to have the van ply lined and now have to pay to have this re lined, they then over charge you for all little scratch on. They sting you every which way. Disgusting

        Hired a van from Northgate every time Ive moved home over the years. Found out today that they only do commercial hire nowadays. A shame as the company was great, staff polite and the vans were always of a very good quality. Pretty disappointing.
