Royal Stoke University Hospital

Went into the A&E today as my friend was suffering badly with breathing problems and going in and out off consciousness ( were uni students so being away from home in a different hospital is scary anyway) to be rudely spoken to by multiple of their nurses who then told us to leave as there was to many of us there was 3 to support her and eachother incase she lost consciousness again. Very poorly staff who need to learn manners

I attended a TIA clinic here - the care shown to me was outstanding by all staff. I am a massive fan of our NHS, and this experience has made that even stronger.

The parking for public is ridiculous and you'll need to be there an hour early at least before you find a space. If your going for maternity be prepared to walk unless you are dropped off. There are about 3 main carparks and people wait ages for a space. The hospital its self is clean and great staff.

We can only speak for children's HDU but they have to be amongst the best in the country. Our little boy has complex needs but Stoke hospital staff just take it in their stride. They always love to see our boy and give him a cuddle and give care far and beyond any form of medical minimum. Caring for Peter is surely not easy but they make it look like it is and nothing is too much trouble. They have supported our son but also us as parents. You should all be very proud of yourselves you do an amazing job and I will never be able to fully express my gratitude.
