I called up regarding a VW Crafter they had for sale in November, Tom assured me it was immaculate 2020 model so I paid asking price. It was delivered a week or so later but was littered with dents and had extensive damage inside which had been repaired. It turned out to be an ex hire van.
It was agreed with Matt Walker that I could have it collected and a brand new one delivered for 13k extra which I agreed to, this proved to be a nightmare with no one returning my calls and constantly been lied to, finally after a month I spoke to Steve the manager who sorted it and Matt finally got back to me after ignoring all my calls, messages and emails!
It was agreed with Matt that it would come with a full tank of fuel but it arrived empty and had 2 small dents and stone chips, it was also covered in fine rust particles, Matt told me this was normal and I needed to buy Magma to clean it off myself! I was told nothing he could do as it was out of his control but agreed to pay for a full tank of fuel if I filled it which I did and forwarded the receipt but again he has ignored my messages and emails.
I find him to be extremely unprofessional and rude.
