Appalling service could not take the course due to ill health and they still told Student Finance I was doing the course received the money and now I am being charged for the course. No one gets back to you if you email and phone calls are answered but no action taken. Joke of a company.

Absolute scam. I would avoid this company as much as possible. I, and several others, despite completed a course with them ~5 months ago have still yet to receive any indication as to whether we have passed. I have emailed them on more than one occasion, only once have they replied with some nonsense excuse about not filling the the paper work correctly (at least they admitted to their incompetence here) but since then they have chosen to ignore me. I became clear during the course that this was nothing more than a scheme to get as many people on the course as possible, not to educate them, but so they could claim the government funds in which they were entitled to for providing the course. I have emailed them today (May) asking who specifically provides their funding to escalate this further; and I wholeheartedly will try my best to prevent them from receiving any further funding from the government to stop them from draining tax payers money. Do not waste your time with this company. There are other providers that offer the same courses and will be able to give you your grade and certification in adequate time frame. Im short: Avoid. These. Scammers.
