        Worked here for over 2 years and never felt like just a 'payroll number' . The Senior Management team are very encouraging and give the colleagues excellent motivation to achieve needed goals. Very positive environment to work in- Hard work is recognised and celebrated. Lots of opportunities for personal development in your career, Small touches for homeworking staff including vouchers for Tea and Coffee. Any issues are heard and often resolved quickly. Overall a fantastic work place and employer!
