        A bland station with three platforms. Get you from one place to another but there is a lack of F&B options in the station - no convenience stores or anything. There is just one cafe outside by the road.

        I used the lift to get across to platform 3 and a member of staff (James fro Avanti)took my case, escorted me to the platform, arranged for me to sit at the front of the train so I had less distance to walk at Piccadilly and also arranged for me to be escorted again on arrival. I couldn't have wished for a nicer service.
