good station but the car park is far too small. the fact that you cant get a parking space at 8:30am is ridiculous

Absolute let down of a station I show up and its raining okay you cant help the weather but what you could do is have shelters on platforms or have it cleared of the glass thats on platform 4 by the lift its always there when I come here and its the only shelter here I have a bike with me I cant be rolling it over sharp glass shards sort it out guys

had to get a rail replacement bus and wasnt sure where to get it from, so i went to the ticket box and knocked on the window to ask this women where we get it from. she ignored me, so i knocked again as i really needed the answer. just for her to then have a really rude tone and attitude and shout we are closed. i then said that i only wanted to know where to get the bus from. she then shouted at me saying i beg your pardon in a belittling tone. still didnt get my answer so i missed my bus. she had curly hair and was working on 19/08 at around 12:50pm. ever so rude
