Pre-booked a taxi for a hospital appointment 5 hrs before on the app last week. Cancelled with 10 minutes notice. Apparently the hospital is not in your area. Pre-booked for school run 24 hrs before on the app. Also rang the night before and in the morning to confirm. Cancelled after a 30 min wait. 3 kids late for school - exam today. 1 kid late for college. Also late for work. Cheers

So called professional drivers. Blue volkwagon jetta. 12.04.2023, tunstall. Has no idea he has a mirror attached to the side of his car and just pulls out while I am at the side of him overtaking whilst he is parked at the side of the road. Causing me to nearly have a head on collision. The driver turns and has a go at me for trying to overtake a parked car then proceeds to match my speed on pulling off. If this is the standard this company expects from the drivers then I would definitely not recommend this company. Very lucky there was not contact. I would not of minded if he had stopped and just said sorry we all make mistakes but this guy had no idea he had to check his mirror before pulling off and shouted at me. Very professional indeed

Used to be great. Not anymore. Never on time even if you book 5 hours in advance they will tell you youre looking at another half an hour. Give stupid reasons as to why a car wasnt in the place you booked at the time you booked. Some horrible drivers. Never on time. Waste of time.
