        Rang the taxi at 20:04 got a missed called at 20:09, immediately came outside to meet the taxi and he drove off. Stating "he'd waited for ages" even though it had only been 4 minutes since the original phonecall. Pathetic service.

        Run by cowboys. Booked a taxi that cost me 23 and it never arrived. Asked for a refund got hung up on.

        Used these through the take me app. Driver was late which wasn't a massive problem as it was a Monday morning. However on arrival driver said he preferred cash so paid him and they still charged my card. Rang to complain was assured that I would be refunded which I wasn't. DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH. Still waiting for either refund or manager to ring and its been 2 weeks. Won't be using them again which is a shame because before this I used them for years with no issue. Expected much better as a long term customer.
