If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The dispatchers are rude, liars and inconsiderate. The drivers are 8/10 dodgy and always late. Bookings are never arrived on time and its always one excuse or the other. Management never have anything they can do to fix or appease a situation. Ive even been told that if they cant make bookings on time I should use alternative transport methods, instead of them addressing the issues within their company. Avoid at all cost, especially if you actually need to be somewhere on time.
