Asda Tunstall Superstore

Very clean and helpful staff . Lots of offers on all around the store so bargains to be had.

Asda superstore is a great store,well stocked, polite, helpful staff, and customer service is the best. Love shopping here. Its disability friendly, even has a cafe and toilets. It has a pharmacy, and a photo shop, clothing and electrical.

I'M A DISABLED WOMAN WHO WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR TRYING TO TAKE MY SHOPPING OUT IN A BASKET I THEN OFFERED TO TAKE THE SHOPPING OUT WHERE HE PROCEEDED TO GRAB AT THE BASKET... SHAME ON YOU ASDA... DO YOU THINK CUSTOMERS HAVE GOT NOTHING ELSE BETTER TO DO BUT STEAL PLASTIC BASKETS

I use this Asda mainly for my online shopping. The deliver drivers are all very nice and friendly and on time, the lady delivery driver is so lovely and goes the extra mile. Most of the time, the pickers pick well for food, sometimes you can get awful subs but I presume this is when their is new staff. My last few orders have been picked brilliant, thankyou instore picker. Inside Asda is great, my last visit was Feb 2023, very clean and shelves well stocked but the toilets were gross! I've updated my old review so may say the old date on this but it is being written 13-03-23.
