        After purchasing 2 pairs of gates - one didn't fit (debatable whether my mistake or theirs) I ordered a small piece to infill the gap which I was happy to pay extra for. After 10 visits over a year they still hadn't even contemplated making this, when I said I was fed up with waiting, they seized this opportunity to tell me to get lost. Do not use this company, I would strongly recommend not to!!
