        We were very impressed with the Metal Staircase Co. They are professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and ultimately the quality of the staircase is excellent, and it has transformed our hallway. From measurement and design to supporting our builder with implementation, it all ran very smoothly. We had a minor issue mid-project, which happens sometimes when you have various components to bring together. The team dealt with it really professionally and that speaks volumes when you're making that kind of investment which can feel like quite a risk! I'd recommend them wholeheartedly; we are absolutely delighted with the result.
