Have a back massage session with Kyle, He manipulated my back (more likely crack it) but after the session I went home and took a hot bath as Kyle told me. I have a best sleep from last 6months. I need to say a big thank you to Kyle highly recommend

I went to see Kyle as I was experiencing lower back pain and he recommended increasing my Glute and Core strength. He showed me the correct way to do this and it was very beneficial as now I don't have half as much back pain, I found him very patient and friendly I have had a few personal trainers and I can honestly say he's the best.

After suffering for weeks with a painful shoulder when training in the gym I went to see Kyle. After one session where he used a plastic tool and articulations (I think that's what he called them) on my shoulder then a week of rest as I was advised i am now pain free, I'm back training slowly but surely thank you for your help bro highly recommend.

I was introduced to Kyle through a friend after I obtained soft tissue damage and a strain to the popliteus muscle due to an over exertion. Although this injury was minor compared to some, I had spent a month in pain and severe discomfort and with limited movement. During my initial meeting with Kyle, my injury was assessed and a plan of action devised, all of which was explained to me throughout. It was evident throughout this process that Kyle's knowledge within this field was extensive. On receiving the treatment I found Kyle to be extremely professional . Remarkably, the improvement to my flexibility was astounding! The pain had gone completely and I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Kyle and would not hesitate to use his services again!

I went to Kyle about a month ago after injuring my knee playing football. I literally couldn't walk and was on crutches. After being initially assessed by A&E, I was told that it was soft tissue damage and I would be able to start playing again in a months time - this turned out to be more serious than first thought. First meeting with Kyle he assessed me and told me what I had done into which he went with great detail, which was assuring as I was struggling to walk still. After the first week seeing him twice he began to break down the swelling and I could really start telling the difference. The next few times seeing him - it began to get better and better one week not being able to walk the next doing jumping lunges and being more comfortable. This past week I have been able to start out running again and light training with the ball. Can't believe my progress, 100% recommend to anyone - can't thank you enough pal!!
