Great food, great vibe would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic experience. Food was lovely , portion sizes were great .

The chicken was raw in the middle the waiter was an hour late the food wasn't exactly up to top notch. Had to complain about the undercooked chicken . Could of killed someone with raw chicken Never eating there again they were more interested in the pizza delivery service than restaurant paying customers . Plus the delivery guy kept leaving the door open and it was bloody freezing inside. They had no steak . Had no salmon . Bloody awful experience do.not go there. You will thank me for letting you know just how awful this restaurant is. I.took my girlfriend as a treat and had to send her meal back because it was raw in the middle and afterwards I was vomiting and had diarrhoea because of raw fkn chicken. . Absolutely disgusting service.

Ordered 5 items from them 2 never turned up and to of the items that came in no way matched the descriptions called the restaurant they knew they had not sent the missing items saying they had run out but diced not to tell us till we called refused to send alternatives saying they where to busy allso refused a refund on the missing items don't use them there a cheaper and better places that do the same kind of food

Worst dining experience ever, youd expect an Italian restaurant to be run by Italians, not Sri Lankans. That aside, after being seated it was at least 20 mins before our order was taken & we were the only two customers there. The place was freezing cold, no heating on & when we did order we were informed that our first choices ( steak & salmon both in Gorgonzola sauce) were not available & the only option was chicken. When meal arrived the sauce was not Gorgonzola but Brie ( very Italian!) & the chicken was so undercooked it could have caused food poisoning! After complaining we paid a reduced bill & left in disgust & disappointment. Do not go to this ( Il Toscano Burslem)restaurant ever
