Everything was okay for a while. Then problems showed up. I do not work for them anymore, they are still not paid for holidays. Sent wrong income to HMRC and show payments I never received. I have made a report to HMRC. I always had to send my availability for the following week, I did it, it was easy and clear. They ignored that and booked me in for every shift even when I clearly said in time I am not available. That destroyed my reputation where I was working and said I am not reliable. I have all the text messages, proofs and everything about every shift and conversations with permanent staff from that Company as I had very good relationships there to prove my truth. I'm not sure GAP is just having a bit of an underqualified issue and their staff just need some training or there are complete ignorant trolls. What a shame.
