The Rising Sun Country Pub & Dining Scholar Green

We went for a walk along the canal which was just up the road and afterwards we went to the Rising Sun for some lunch. We tried the three snacks for 10. There was a choice of 10 or 12 dishes to choose from. There were three of us and we ordered 3 each, as they were snacks and we were really hungry.. Lovely food, but 3 dishes each was way too much. Our fault though, eyes to big for our bellys The service and staff in the pub were very helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere was good too. We will definitely be going back, but won't be so greedy

If you like pie this place is a must! Handy from the canal, good beer and the grill night also good. Great for the price.

First visit to this place for a very long time. Great staff, fantastic food. Fresh, well presented tasty food. Definitely shall be returning and tell my friends to visit. Thank you too all the staff for making our visit welcoming and pleasant
