Pieter has managed a couple of refurbishments for me. He kept me up to date with pictures and regular reports of the progress. Using Blue Gain saved me a lot of time and effort as I entrusted Pieter to manage the project for me. The completed refurb is a high quality finish that I am very happy with. Thank you Pieter!

Pieter was friendly and professional from start to finish, couldnt have wished to leave our property in better hands, he painted, he fixed lighting, he even chased off a potential burglar! Would definitely recommend and will be using his services again in future for sure!

We used Blue Gain to refurbish one of our investment properties, and were very pleased with the results. An honest, professional and knowledgeable approach throughout, Pieter always kept us updated of the progress of the work. When unforeseen issues cropped up (as they so often do on refurbs of distressed properties), Pieter was always there to provide an honest appraisal and provide a couple of solutions and ways forward. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
