On one of the occasions, I was even sent to the main local depot that is far away by the train station, where they also couldnt find the parcel, simply because it was HERE all along. The man with the big beard in there didnt even bother to check at that instance, he just made up his mind the parcel wasnt there.
On another of the occasions, it ended in a nasty discussion, which - guess what - it was me as the customer who was at fault according to them. They still found the parcel looking a bit harder - still my fault apparently.
Showing the email that confirms that the parcel indeed should there didnt help.
If you value yourself, send your parcel to a different post office. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
