        Very Professional, I've had one session on my left shoulder as I was having very sharp pains when lifting weights for the last 6 months now! I can already feel the benefits, I will be using Total Fit therapy again in the near future. I highly recommend them!

        I had an upper and back pain, due to lifting heavy in the gym! But I booked in with total fitness and they did an amazing job, my back feels more loose than before and the pain I had has gone Will be coming back again

        My experience at total fit therapy was amazing the staff was friendly and communicated well throughout the whole progress with the cupping. After having the cupping done my lower back problem went after I felt better with zero back pain.
