        the best wells pharmacy in whole of stoke on trent .very proffesional polite always willing to help if you need advice. they all deserve a big pay check they look after everybody on medications god bless you all.

        Polite and kind staff, always on hand to assist inside or outside the pharmacy. Witnessed an injury and staff from the practice assisted the patient until paramedics arrived. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommended.

        They hardly ever answer the phone .when they do half the time they just hang up. It's like they can't be bothered to answer at all. . Even when.its an important call about medications and prescriptions. They just dont give a toss. Put the phone down regardless. It took me from 9am to 10am and when they finally answered they put the bloody receiver down before I got to even speak . Disgusting behaviour from them .
