Never had any problems Dogs well looked after. Very good wash and cut.

After phoning this groomers and asking wether she groomed my breed of dog a Bichon frise she said yes she did , I took him along expecting a professional groom but as you can see by the before he went to the after photos what I actually got ,to my shock and horror he was unrecognisable I said clearly to trim him giving him the big legs and head the show cut of this breed that he's always had and what she had said she could do over the phone . I am so annoyed he is practically bald ,patchy long pieces left all over tail chopped off in a straight line totally destroyed my dogs coat it will take such a long time now to get him back into any shape again .I did say I was shocked at what she had done and showed her photos on my phone she said she had not groomed one before and that if I went back to her again she could try to do it like the photos. I have decided to share this on here to let people know that don't take your Bichon frise here to get groomed because this is what you end up with .
