This is the first time I have had to board my rabbit in 8 years so was worried as to how she would react, ( she can be grumpy! a true diva ) Kelseys reviews were good so I booked for 2 weeks, her boarding also coincided with the hottest time the UK! Kelsey really looked after her boarders who were housed under cover with fans and frozen bottles. Roxy was absolutely fine and didnt appear unsettled by the experience, I was very happy with the care, price, communication, and the facilities and highly recommend Small Paws. I have already rebooked for later this month. Thanks Kelsey.

Avoid this small pets onboarding if there is possible . It's funny how you are using police as you can't assume that an animal has passed away in your boarding . If my vet it's not local that's not my issue I think you should be aware of this when you have accepted both animals . We have used them third times as we had trust both times before ,however the last experience wasn't happy at all . I have right to submitt my own review and experience even that you are like it or not .I have just right , you could block all facebook accounts but you can't take me right to say my opinion as this is against law . It's alright to defence your business however I have right to say what was happend on your accomodation . We have lost our friend guinea pig which was fine and happy when we let him , however because of heatwave not sure if they have fans installed that times and I'm thinking on the shed was very hot also poor food as by owner online post she rarely gave them veggie * one a week We have lost him . That's the last picture of blonde guinea doesn't look happy and healthy at all and you should of texting us as need it checked by vet if wasn't well . When we have landed we have picked remaining one who was looking weak and starving. I'm not sure what's happend but I'll not recommend this place anymore .
