        Sent 4 individuals for personal training courses with this company. Several terrible failures in organisation including wrong dates and days given over the first few weeks. Months to provide the candidates with their certificates once course was completed and all applicants passed Now been waiting nearly 12 months for the referral fee promised by this company Absolute shambles. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

        If I could give 0 stars for this company I would absolute joke been waiting on certificates for a year ! Communication is like getting blood out of a stone so unprofessional!!

        Been waiting over 18 months for my certificate - constantly told on emails "its being looked into today and we will contact you when we have more information" this communication never comes but I get the same reply after sending several more email. The company also LOST my work after I finished it in June 2019 I then resubmitted this work in February when they finally decided to let me know but have still not received a certificate almost a year on
