I've had PT programmes with both Kelly (fat loss) and Kev (hypertrophy) that have achieve brilliant results. I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for another programme with either of them in the future. They are friendly and approachable, keep track of you progress throughout your programme. If you're looking for a PT regardless of your goals then these guys will be perfect to help you achieve and, more importantly, sustain your goals and progress. I enjoyed both programmes, and couldn't have achieved the results by myself. Would highly recommend anybody looking to make changes, achieve goals, and make steps towards being fitter and healthier.

I first joined a km fitness bootcamp in October 2017 after seeing the amazing results that were achieved! I must admit I went in not expecting that to happen to me! The results I achieved in the 8 weeks were amazing and have continued with PT sessions and bootcamps ever since to keep myself on track. Both Kev & Kelly have a fantastic knowledge and take the time listen to each person to understand their own individual goals and what they want to achieve. Its not just the fitness side but nutrition too! Training is made fun which is a massive advantage to help you stay on track. Would highly recommend if you are looking to make that change

These 2 are kind, friendly and push you beyond what you believe you can do. Amazing PT's. When you feel like quitting they will show you that you can do more and then every week you get better. Its good when you have a PT who believes in you even when you don't believe in yourself and they help you achieve more than you ever thought you could, keep it going guys.

I've had PT with kev for 3 years. Always supporting, encouraging and strives to give you the results you want. These guys know their stuff when it comes to exercise and nutrition and are a great partnership. Sessions are serious but with lots of fun creating an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Thanks to KM fitness I've changed not only physically but mentally in my attitudes and my relationship with food and exercise, would highly recommend to anybody who wants to change their mindset, lifestyle and learn to have fun while doing it.
