        Rude, rude lady! Spent 10 mins on a personal call with her back to us. When we asked for a tester she rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional needs customer service training

        Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service. Went to buy gifts of 3 different perfumes, asked the price of 1 which was more expensive than other retailers, just about to ask about another perfume when the so called assistant walked off, saying ok. As I walked away she then, in front of other customers, laughed, and discussed what she had said with a colleague. She not only lost a big sale, but also my custom. Disgraceful, she also told my 14 year old granddaughter to grow up, why ?? I have no idea.
