We went to look at the jewellery yesterday at this H&at in Hanley. We were stood by the counter for 20 minutes & were not acknowledged by anyone! My parents then queued up & eventually got to the front & asked if we could see some rings. They were told that the jewellery was not being sold due to a computer problem! There were no signs up to explain this & all the jewellery was on display to be sold!! Surely if they couldnt sell it, they wouldnt have put it out!! The staff were very rude & unapologetic!

Service sacks staff sitting down, drinking coffee it should be open 20min. ago I am outside in the rain giving them wave and knock but no nobody cares amazing service
