Stoke Orthodontic Services

First to seen dentist was told take up to 3 years for braces, but until now it has taken nearly 5 years still not finished yet, because they always cancelled appointments on the day before, and rescheduled after 6 weeks. Even when you book appointments for dentist said within 6 weeks, receptionist always makes it for 10 weeks. I have tried to change dentist, and they rejected and said needed to seen the same dentist but in fact, I have seen 3 different dentists until now. Online they are opened early, they wont to see any patients until 9:00, so whats point to making appointment at 8:00?

I have recently had my braces taken off after 3 long years by Dr Bhandal and the amount of messing around ive been through is untrue shes never in to see the patients her schedule is more important than the patients schedule , ive had my gums cut multiple times my braces have broke at least half a dozen times and ive had to go back to have them fixed at my inconvenience due to them being to flimsy and not being fitted correctly and one of the receptionist needs learn some people skills because she is obnoxious and rude and if your prepared to be inconvenienced on a regular basis come to this practice if not go somewhere else.

I have been attending Stoke orthodontics for around 4 years now and I can say I am truly satisfied with the service I have received here. The staff here have excellent communication skills and are very helpful when enquiring. Stoke orthodontics also regularly send a text message reminder before the appointment so you do not forget. I especially want to mention my orthodontist Dr Shamaila Javaid because she has been excellent over these last 4 years. Through each visit, she explains to me the next steps for my braces and explains how the process is going to be and always asks if I have any concerns or questions. Dr Shamaila is very easy to communicate with and has always been very kind- she is very dedicated and committed to her patients and always provides the best service! My teeth have had a tremendous transformation and Dr Shamaila has made me feel confident in my smile again which I am so grateful for. Through any procedures, she will always ask I am okay and how I am feeling and you can have a very genuine chat with. She is going to be one member I will miss when I no longer attend Stoke Orthodontics.
