        Since I purchased a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses with Glyn Jones of Hanley I have received the most amazing customer service, and after care. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Especially the lovely Beverly who has helped me immensely. I am very thankful for this great customer service, and Im glad I can acknowledge it with this review.

        Very good service. Was fit in for a weekend urgent eye appointment when other high street opticians, including my regular optician, turned me away. The staff were helpful, explained everything and we're happy to help.

        My frames split at the top, I went to Glyn Jones & had new frames with my lenses in them at a really good price & the service was excellent.
