Some years ago my wife had a mild stroke we were advised by our gp to go to our opticians as this was an emergency. Rang our optician no cant get you in tried three more no rang this gentleman explained everything said he would ring back, twenty minutes later we were on the premises at 1500 hours left at 1700 hours and back again the following morning ( Saturday) our faith in this gentleman and his staff know no bounds true friendly professionals .

Excellent, detailed, thorough eye examination by Mr Razvi ..however the service afterwards by the manager Annabel was amazing the star of the show in that place..her patience, eye for what frames suited me and her knowledge of lenses and coatings to suit my needs was second to non..would highly recommended. I came away with a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses and definitely would not go anywhere else ever again brilliant service .

After searching high and low via the internet for yellow polarised lenses that attach magnetically to my specs as per the green ones that were originally supplied. 'Razvi Optometrists Ltd' successfully procured the correct 'clip' and organised the glazing. Yellow lenses are so useful when fishing in low light conditions.

Brilliant, patient and friendly, Mr Razvi deals with myself, and family members, and always does a good job, and the ladies at the desk are also friendly and helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else, update 2021, new reception staff no where near as good or friendly
