        Our family had been going to James Herd for years. Shouldve given my 5 star rating then. It is still 5 stars. Very accommodating receptionist and very professional optometrist who saw us today. Her name is Kirsty- shes brilliant, never pushy, never rushes you, explains things and answers any question. Ill never go anywhere.

        Been going there for years,very friendly enviroment, staff etc,they are excellent with caring for you, making sure you get the right treatment and they do not rush or push you in anyway. Their advice is 100% caring and very professional. Thank you all for your kind and excellent service

        Just had eye test with Sophia at James Herd..I was very nervous but Sophia made me completely at ease ..I had OCT scan , eye drops in to dilate for the first time and it was totally fine ..I would highly reccomend this Opticians , having been tested at various other chain Opticians in the past , I now will always use James Herd , all safe sanitation Covid precautions are in use ..So very pleased with everything ..Sophia Kelly and Jane ..thank you
