        The rudest, most presumptuous and arrogant reception staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and we didn't even walk through the door. Even in a stressful, post covid world or lack of customer service training, there is never an excuse for such inhumane and pretentious behaviour. Unfortunately, it wasn't myself they let down it was a young, 5-year-old girl who was very anxious to have glasses to begin with. Good luck

        I had implants about 6 years ago. I have been having problems with one of my eyes. I contacted my Optician but they were not open that day. They recommended ROYAL'S. I phoned them up for an emergency eye tests. They fitted me in that day. What a lovely lady . Done ALL the tests and phoned the eye hospital to get me an appointment. I really appreciate the lady and the company for there 100% commitment and to ease my anxiety. Thank you so much. God bless Anthony O Callaghan
